Duties and Responsibilities:
- To support customer projects and the account management team
- This role reports into an assigned Account Manager or Senior Account Manager
- Project Management - where you will learn how they deliver for their customers. You’ll eventually have accountability for managing projects. Your strong numerical and written skills along with attention to detail and accuracy will ensure delivery of high-quality products for customers, on time and within budget
- Supplier Management - Working with compliance and operations completing documentation to ensure assigned orders are clear and accurate for our suppliers
- Communication and Stakeholder Management - You will hold necessary meetings communicating with customers and suppliers, as well as make time for others to discuss workload/orders/issues in detail. You will manage all your customer briefs ensuring the teams have detailed briefs and accurate information required for delivering proposals
- Team and Workload Management - Managing your own projects through process, time management, initiative and taking total ownership of the customer brief
