We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join our client who is based in Ferndown. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

What you need to have

- Have a positive and resilient attitude being able to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

- Work as part of a team but also be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

- Good Attention to details

- Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via phone.

- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and escalate feedback appropriately.

- Meet any targets set by the clients, such as first call resolution and quality

Job Types: Part Time, Weekends, Temporary

Contract length: Temp - Ongoing

Days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Pay: £12.50 per hour
