  • Role: Customer Service Advisor
  • Location: Ferndown
  • Hours: Part time (Monday - Wednesday) 09.00 - 17.00
  • Flexibility: Opportunity to work hybrid or fully remote after 3 months of successful performance

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will deliver outstanding service, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure customers feel valued and supported.
