Our client an established and welcoming nursery school in West Moors, Ferndown are seeking a dedicated a Nursery Practitioner to join their professional and friendly team.

The Nursery is part of a larger group of nurseries with two other settings in the local area so there is opportunity for career progression within the organisation. Your role:

- Maintain a high quality and stimulating environment for the children.- Communicate effectively with the children, parents and staff.- Oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programmes.

-Foster positive relationships with parents and provide regular updates on their child's development

About you:-

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within early childhood education, as well as strong leadership skills.

Qualifications & Experience:-- Early Years qualification - minimum Level 3.- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.- Knowledge of child development principles and practices- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
