A growing company in Ferndown is looking for an Estimator / Junior Estimator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic business, where you'll play a key role in delivering accurate and competitive project costings.

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing quotations for commercial projects, working closely with clients, architects, design teams, and contractors. Your ability to manage multiple projects, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure precise cost calculations will be essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling client enquiries via email and phone
Reviewing tender documents and preparing cost estimates
Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Updating and maintaining project details in the CRM system
Supporting external sales teams with new and existing projects
Assisting in the design and specification of partitioning systems

What We're Looking For:

Sales experience with a proactive approach
Strong communication and organisation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commercial awareness and analytical mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in estimating or construction is advantageous
