What's involved?
- 2nd Line IT Support role + field engineer
- Plan & deliver onsite installations
- Undertake onsite fault support
- Assist on the helpdesk
- Taking a logical and proactive approach to planning and preparing projects
- Assisting sales and customers with solution design and recommendations
- Working with CRM system to document and update project and service tickets
