JOB TITLE: Service Desk Administrator

COMPANY: Electrical services

CONTRACT: Temporary with the view to go perm

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

START: ASAP - must be immediately available to start

SALARY: 12.50ph

LOCATION: Ferndown

CULTURE: Close-knit family run business

The role:

  • Providing support to clients, answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Determine the nature and priority of faults based on information provided by the client
  • Ensure accurate processing of call out purchase orders
  • Driving the engineering team to attend to all callouts within required SLA's
  • Monitoring calls received from the customer through to call completion and updating records
  • Allocation of internal engineers to call outs
  • Updates to clients following call outs and ensuring quotations team receive full information for quotation purposes.
  • Invoicing of call outs on Xero and client platforms - full training to be provided in house

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar service desk or administrator role
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Confident telephone manner
  • An enthusiastic team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • A skilled communicator, both written and verbal, who can clearly articulate information.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
