We have an exciting opportunity for a Factory Supervisor to assist in leading a team working within a manufacturing factory.
Working Hours (must be flexible depending on client requirement):
Mon - Thurs: 8am - 4.30pm, Friday 8am - 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily production tasks.
- Ensure company policies and regulations are followed.
- Keep track of production schedules and processes.
- Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment.
- Train and manage production staff.
- Find ways to reduce costs and improve production quality.
- Oversee adherence to Environmental and Health & Safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues with staff performance or production issues.
- Keep accurate records of staff performance, equipment maintenance, and production results.
- Ensure the factory is clean, organized, and operating under safe conditions.
