ACCOUNTANCY PRACTICE MANAGER - BASED NEAR FERNDOWN - HYBRID ROLE - 45,000 TO 55,000 SALARY GUIDELINE

We are working with a well-established accountancy practice with offices near Ferndown, who are looking to appoint a Practice Manager to take over the day-to-day management of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career and potential for further development.
The role will include:
- Managing the business operational processes, the majority of which are outsourced
- Liaise with outsourcing partner and ensure prompt and accurate review of documentation
- Engage with the company client base, arrange regular meetings and cultivate relationships
- Grow and develop the portfolio of clients
- Ensure all accounts meet full compliance requirements
- Market and promote the business
We are looking for a fully qualified accountant from a practice background with experience in outsourcing, you will:
- Ideally have experience with Digita Suite software
- Be fully up to date with compliance and regulations
- Have excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone / video calls
- Consistently be able to promote the business
- Work closely with the Directors of the business
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with the long-term ambition of partnership, the owners are open to the successful applicant progressing in the business in addition, they offer:
- Salary of 45,000 to 55,000 (subject to experience)
