Our client an established and welcoming nursery school in West Moors, Ferndown are currently seeking a Baby Room Leader to join their friendly team.

The Nursery is part of a larger group of nurseries with two other settings in the local area so there is opportunity for career progression within the organisation. Your role:- Responsible for the daily operations of the baby room within the nursery.- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to nursery policies and procedures.

- Maintain a high quality and stimulating environment for the children.- Communicate effectively with the children, parents and staff.- Oversee the delivery of high-quality childcare and educational programmes.

Qualifications:- Early Years qualification - minimum Level 3.- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team effectively.- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
