The critical role will include but will not be exclusive to the following duties and tasks.
- Ensuring smooth function of the office
- Assistant to the MD
- Key holder
- Supporting all staff with HR queries
- Full onboarding and training of new staff
- Interviewing and advertising for new staff
- Ordering parts for jobs, tools, office sundries etc
- Management of company events and training
- Supporting with payroll
- Assisting with budgets and other finances
- Fleet management
- Staff reviews and 1-2-1s
- All company admin
- Supplier and client meetings
The ideal candidate will have a background in HR mainly but will have some responsibility for general operations tasks and a background within a commercial servicing environment would be preferred.
Salary £35 - £45 depending upon skills and experience.
