If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's dynamic team on a 6-month contract!

As an Operations Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's operations across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily purchase ordering for the Operations Team, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate incoming deliveries and efficiently distribute them to the relevant team members on a daily basis.
  • Keep the weekly production plans updated to ensure smooth operations.
  • Organise and coordinate visits from external contractors, ensuring seamless collaboration with our team.
  • Manage and schedule MOTs and servicing for our company vehicles, keeping them in top condition.
  • Arrange regular diesel deliveries and coordinate collections of contaminated products.
  • Ensure that all site-based employees have the appropriate uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to maintain an inventory of tools and critical spare parts.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive catalogue of parts and preferred suppliers.
  • Update and maintain various spreadsheets and files, including the Engineering Tracker, defect records, and contractor inductions.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail. Being proactive and able to prioritise tasks will be crucial for your success. It is also essential to adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant Health and Safety practises.
