Job Summary:

This role offers exciting opportunities to engage with both trade and homeowner clients through phone and email, prepare estimates and heat loss calculations, and track project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administration support to projects team.

* Handle incoming customer enquiries and setting up project files.

* Take off from property plans for heat loss calculations.

* Prepare estimates and issue enquiries to suppliers for pricing.

* Follow up project outcomes.

What we're looking for:

* Ability to follow technical guides and schematics.

* Good IT skills, including Excel and other common applications.

* Good Communication skills and an ability to maintain accurate records.

* Excellent Customer facing skills.

* Self-motivated and goal orientated.

* Full Clean Driving License

Desirable:

* A knowledge or experience of the building trade, domestic plumbing & heating or renewable energy systems an advantage
