Surveyor needed in Dorset, £40,482 per day PAYE - Reference: 5254388

6 Months Fixed Term

You will ideally -

  • Have a relevant technical (HNC or higher) qualification in Building, Surveying, Planning or a similar technical field or significant experience working in the construction industry.  
  • Ideally they will have previous experience of working in social housing.
  • Knowledgeable in current methods, standards and initiatives relating to repair and refurbishment of residential dwellings. Confident sharing knowledge with others and keeping up to date with what’s new.

They will mostly work alone out in our communities, They will be happy communicating with colleagues and customers frequently, face to face, on the phone or in writing.

From Monday to Thursday out and about in our communities, with Friday typically being an admin/meeting day.
