I am currently working with a well-established Housing Association in the South West region looking to onboard an Income Officer on a permanent basis.

To be successful in the Income Officer role you'll need:
  • Experience in Income management and debt recovery/collection, including negotiating payment arrangements, providing welfare benefit and money advice and preparing applications for court.
  • Knowledge and experience of either social housing, home ownership or the private rented sector
  • A working knowledge of welfare benefits
  • Effective decision making skills, a confidential approach and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
