Our client has grown into a highly respected construction company working across the south of England and within London. With historical projects completed which range from new build ‘high end’ residential to refurbishment and alteration to both Grade 1 and Grade 2 listed buildings within the commercial, ecclesiastical, educational and healthcare sectors.
They are currently working on a restoration project on an old country home project in Haslemere where only 2 of the original walls still stand. You will also be required to work on new build outbuildings such as garages etc. The work will be to 1st and 2nd fix build the property to handover stage and the work is expected to last approximately 6-9 months. Start Date: 12th August 2024. Our client is currently working on 2 projects in Haslemere and Fernhurst.
Requirements;
- Must have worked on listed/graded buildings
- Completed restoration works
- Completed refurbishment works
- Be meticulous but quick and will high quality
- Own transport (essential as there is no public transport networks)
- Own tools
- Own PPE
