The job you will do:

  • Developing business through new and existing client bases.
  • Identify leads through thorough market research, networking and relationship development.
  • Manage client accounts from initial contact, close of sale, and aftersales cycles.
  • Work with clients to negotiate sales deals that meet company and client objectives.
  • Represent the business and champion products at industry events, trade shows and conferences.

About you:

  • Have previous experience in a business development, sales, or client relationship management role, ideally within the engineering industry or similar.
  • Be proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Be comfortable using software to manage client information and sales pipelines.
  • Have a strategic mindset, with strong analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities and market conditions.
  • Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
