We are working with a growing business who support their clients across the globe within the offshore renewables industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Travel Coordinator to join their friendly team at their head office.
What the Travel Coordinator job involves
- Plan and execute travel arrangements for employees across the world.
- Provide communication and direct support to employees regarding travel arrangements.
- Liaise with travel agents and transport companies on costs and working to budgets.
- Completion of Purchase Orders and expenses on the company finance systems.
- Provide support with Visas and Work Permits for each country that the employees travel in and out of.
Skills required
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Self-Motivated.
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Strong Administrative skills including - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word packages

- Full time working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
