We are working with a growing business who support their clients across the globe within the offshore renewables industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to hire a Travel Coordinator to join their friendly team at their head office.

What the Travel Coordinator job involves

  • Plan and execute travel arrangements for employees across the world.
  • Provide communication and direct support to employees regarding travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with travel agents and transport companies on costs and working to budgets.
  • Completion of Purchase Orders and expenses on the company finance systems.
  • Provide support with Visas and Work Permits for each country that the employees travel in and out of.

Skills required

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Administrative skills including - Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word packages
