Automotive Service/Aftersales Advisor required in Finchley, North London.

Permanent, Full Time
Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm
Every other Sat 8am - 2pm

30k-35k Basic Depending on experience

An opportunity to join a highly successful Independent Garage in Finchley, North London. This garage is a long established garage with a fantastic reputation. You will be joining a team of 8.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is committed to providing the highest level of customer care to all customers, maximising referrals and returning customers.

The role involves greeting customers into the Service department, checking through paperwork in relation to any work required on the customer's vehicle, liaising with the Workshop Technicians where required in terms of work carried out on the vehicle, arranging collection or delivery of the vehicle & taking payments.

The job will also involve carrying out duties in the parts department which will include: Keeping the workshop stocked with relevant parts, Managing stock levels and sourcing parts from various suppliers. Provide accurate estimates for parts, ensuring that the customer is fully aware of the likely costs and timescales involved and setting expectations accordingly., Looking up parts and quote prices for parts using parts catalogues for vehicles

Requirements:

  • Customer Facing, customer service expereince within the motor trade
  • Experience working in a fast paced and target driven environment.
  • Computer literate;
  • Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner.
