Office Angels are working with a fabulous company based in Fleet, they are a major player within the Engineering sector and support many industries such as pharmaceutical, biological and microelectronic. Due to expansion they are seeking a Scheduler to assist with the coordination and management of company engineers.

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm OFFICE BASED

Your main responsibilities are will be;

  • Dealing with all incoming service and breakdown enquired
  • Manage workflow for all engineers including bookings, re-bookings, approving timesheets
  • Manage engineers holiday and absence recording
  • Overseeing engineers performance through vehicle tracker
  • Monitoring engineer KPIs
  • Help to improve system efficiency and improvements
  • Chasing quotes and invoices

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Previous experience within a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate including scheduling software
  • Good eye for detail
  • Good numerical skills
