Role: Repairs Administrator
Contract: Temporary contract
Hours: 08:00-16:00 OR 09:00- 17:00
Location: GU51 / 1-day work from home
Salary: 15-17 / hour, paid weekly via umbrella
As a Repairs Administrator, you will be:
- Responding to tenant calls regarding repair issues and addressing queries efficiently
- Recording all interactions with residents in the system
- Reviewing supervisory or trade reports to identify actions needed to resolve repairs
- Liaising with customers and tenants through the phone
To be a successful candidate for the Repairs Administrator role, you must:
- Have social housing experience
- Have extensive customer service experience
- Be a confident communicator via phone and email
- Be able to provide solutions to customer needs
