Description
- Processing invoices and credit notes on a daily basis.
- Allocating payments from customers to their respective accounts.
- Reconciling customer accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly account statements.
- Cooperating with the sales team to ensure accurate customer billing.
- Participating in the monthly closing of financial records.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer files.
- Supporting other team members with ad-hoc duties as required.
