Team Assistant
Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home | Up to £29K + great benefits | 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for a Team Assistant to join this friendly and collaborative HR team, providing essential support across a range of  activities. This is a brand-new role, meaning there’s plenty of opportunity to shape it and make a real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Formatting confidential documents and reports with precision and professionalism
- Preparing transcripts and summaries from key meetings
- Supporting the team with admin tasks and projects
- Assisting with onboarding new hires, references and all compliance ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Managing spreadsheets and data in Excel
- Providing general admin support to the wider HR team

- Strong Word and Excel skills – you enjoy keeping things organised and structured
- Attention to detail – you’ll be working with important HR documents
