About the Role
As a Carpenter specialising in fire doors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients meet fire safety regulations.
Working primarily on projects across London, Hampshire, Surrey, and Berkshire, you will:
- Install new fire doors, repair, and maintain fire doors to the highest industry standards.
- Conduct inspections and remedial works on fire door assemblies.
- Work closely with our consultancy team to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Provide expert advice on fire door specifications and maintenance.
What We are Looking For:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled individual who takes pride in their work and can work as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ2 or NVQ3 or equivalent (e.g. City and Guilds)
- CSCS Card (Optional)
- Proven experience in carpentry, with a focus on fire doors.
- Familiarity with fire safety regulations and standards (e.g., BS 8214).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Full UK driving license.
