Junior Sales Manager - IND1

Junior Sales Manager - TXM Recruit are working with a privately owned company that has been supplying retailers across the UK and Europe for the last 22 years supporting the with the recruitment for a new Junior Sales Manager based out of the head office in Fleet.

With their new aggressive growth plans within America the successful applicant will be supporting the Head of Sales for USA with full support on expansion with the region.

You will be hybrid working based 3 days in their Fleet head office.

  • Salary - 30,000/Yr. starting salary + bonus (Between 15%-40%, based on sales revenue performance)
  • Bonus paid every 6 months.
  • 4% pension
  • 20 + 8 - Holiday starting allowance, growing with longevity
  • Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Fridays are 8.30am to 4.30pm
  • Company Laptop and Phone provided.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Create strong relationships with the network of distributors and retailers, providing support as required
  • Follow-up of all new opportunities to expand our client base and drive business growth
  • Support and implement marketing and sales activities for distributors and retailers to achieve annual targets and goals
  • Drive the companies service brand into discount, mass merchant and convenience channels
  • Work closely with the internal team on product set-up, pricing and product information to ensure external customers are fully supported
  • Monitor market trends, report on competition and identify new business opportunities
  • Working closely with sales support team to ensure orders are processed efficiently

Requirements

  • Must be organised and flexible to adjust to different internal and external requirements
  • Experience in account management is essential, preferably in an international context
  • Experience in managing and expanding relationships with customers across different countries
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to the Americas when required.
