We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Care Executive with a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing client satisfaction. This role is crucial in ensuring customers have a positive experience throughout their journey.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with teams to address and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
