Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

As a BI Analyst, you'll take the lead in shaping strategies through data-driven insights. This senior-level role is about much more than numbers, it's an opportunity to steward resources wisely, champion our supporters, and ignite action for children living in poverty.
You'll work on projects spanning digital analytics, decision-making tools, and best practices in test-and-learn activities, driving excellence in our analytics and data strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and interpret complex datasets to support business decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Perform data mining, data modeling, and trend analysis to identify key insights.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple sources.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with engineering, finance, marketing, and other teams to provide data-driven solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics, recommending improvements based on data insights.
- Stay updated on the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices.
