Manage existing clients from the MD - employed role (up to £65k) or self-employed role

My client is a wealth planning firm with its main office near Fleet who I have met and placed 2 staff with. The business has 3 advisers and a full support team of Paraplanners and Administrators. They offer financial advice on a across pensions, investments, tax planning, estate planning, IHT planning and some protections etc. with HNW entrepreneurs, City professionals and families with up to £2m to invest. The business manages over £100m of assets and this is growing as a result of the trust of their clients who have provided lots of recommendations and referral across Surrey, Hampshire and parts of Berkshire.

The MD is creating a brand-new role for a dynamic, forward thinking and driven Financial Adviser with at least 2 years of experience who will be given cases to manage and lots of leads and marketing support to grow your book of business. You will be a very dynamic individual who wants to build a book of business and earn well from it and provide the highest level of financial advice with HNW individuals. You will be attending networking events, breakfast meetings, conferences and work with accountancy practices, solicitors, and other stakeholders to grow your book of business. You can work remotely but the expectation would be that you come to the office a few days a week unless you are out and about attending networking events. The MD would like to recruit someone who is within an hour's commute to Fleet. Cases are primarily based in Surrey and Hampshire as this is where the bulk of their clients are based.

The hiring managers are looking to offer circa £50k - £65k basic salary for an employed role or a self-employed role with an attractive split arrangement.
