Day to day responsibilities

  • Putting together sales and customer support documents
  • Interacting with customers to book in repairs and testing of equipment
  • Keeping them updated with progress reports and booking delivery slots
  • Manage the full sales support cycle from quote, order processing through to customer queries
  • Support the sales team with administration, IT and supporting client relationships
  • Using SAP to maintain and develop customer records and quotes
  • Using SAP and MS Excel to run reports

What you need to apply

  • Sales support/sales administration experience
  • Strong sales and deals support experience
  • Multicurrency/exchange rate quotations
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Multitasking capability essential - you will liaise with different departments: legal, finance, commercial, quality
  • Knowledge of Technology sector
