As a Business Administrator your duties will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and greeting visitors.
- General administration support to the team
- Filing
- Arranging meetings
- Using the help desk system
- Compiling letters to clients
- Maintaining the company system
The ideal candidate will be:
- A strong communicator, both written and verbally
- Excellent IT skills
- A confident and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- A good team player
This is a varied role and full training will be provided.
