Senior Corporate Solicitor - 7+ PQELocation: Multiple Office LocationsA highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Solicitor (7+ PQE) to join its expanding Corporate Team. With a strong reputation for delivering tailored and high-quality legal advice, the firm works closely with SMEs, owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and family-run companies. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer with a strong existing network to take on a senior role in a growing and dynamic practice.The RoleThe successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients across a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions - Managing share and asset transactions from structuring to completion.
  • Company Reorganisations - Handling demergers, group restructures, and capital reductions.
  • Corporate Governance - Advising on directors' duties, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Shareholder & Partnership Agreements - Drafting and negotiating agreements tailored to client needs.
  • Joint Ventures - Structuring and advising on collaborative business arrangements.
  • Business Start-Ups - Advising on legal structures, funding, and early-stage documentation.
  • Corporate Finance - Assisting clients with fundraising and refinancing.
  • Commercial Contracts - Drafting key agreements such as supply contracts and collaboration agreements.

Candidate RequirementsThe ideal candidate will be a technically strong and commercially minded corporate lawyer with:

  • At least 7 years PQE and a proven track record in M&A and SME-focused corporate matters.

  • Leadership and mentoring experience, supporting junior team members.
