We are looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Administrator to support our growing team, working from our modern office in Fleet, GU51 2UJ.

Junior Sales & Marketing Administrator Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the company’s social media posts, newsletters, and website news.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager as required.
  • Tender administration.
  • Tracking our client inspection cycles, notifying clients of pending re-inspections.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Creating and managing lead lists for sales outreach.
  • Supporting the wider team with administration duties and general office duties as required.
  • Assist with the company’s exhibition program.

Sales & Marketing Administrator Requirements:

  • A full driving licence.
  • Team Player.
  • Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Interest or experience in fire safety or a related industry is desirable but not essential.
