We are looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Administrator to support our growing team, working from our modern office in Fleet, GU51 2UJ.
Junior Sales & Marketing Administrator Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the company’s social media posts, newsletters, and website news.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager as required.
- Tender administration.
- Tracking our client inspection cycles, notifying clients of pending re-inspections.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
- Creating and managing lead lists for sales outreach.
- Supporting the wider team with administration duties and general office duties as required.
- Assist with the company’s exhibition program.
Sales & Marketing Administrator Requirements:
- A full driving licence.
- Team Player.
- Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage.
- Interest or experience in fire safety or a related industry is desirable but not essential.
