Role: Marketing Business Partner- Fleet Elevation Recruitment Group - Marketing Division are excited to be working within a division within a national Construction business who are on the lookout to grow their team with the addition of a Marketing Business Partner. Salary: up to 40k Per annum Hours: office hours Monday to Friday 30 hours per week

Main responsibilities:

Internal

  • Prepare site specific brochures, supporting Land Bids.
  • Create high quality templates for all external documents (e.g. Planning Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Cost Reports, Landowner updates)
  • Refresh marketing materials, such as existing brochures and create new brochures

External

  • Create, implement and manage how and when we advertise online and in magazines
  • Create, execute and manage which events we attend
  • Strategize which organisations we should be member of and how we engage with that organisation
  • Research & propose which events would be most beneficial for the team to participate in
  • Maintain and improve website, including news pages
  • Liaise with our Corporate PR consultants to create a strategy and manage social media pages.
  • Monitor our competitors marketing activity and highlight opportunities for us
  • Take responsibility and accountability for the Marketing budget and provide reporting on all activity and costs in the period.

Support the planning team with regard to;

  • Local Plan Reps – formatting
  • Public Consultations Events– Coordinating the events and preparation and printing of material , coordinating letter/ leaflet drops and presenting to external stakeholders
  • Posting of positive planning news to relevant social media outlets in a captive manner

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

  • This is a marketing role and will require a proactive marketeer with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • An understanding of the planning system / housing marketing would be helpful but not essential
  • Good writing skills and experience in the production of collateral
  • Experience of writing social media posts
  • Experience using graphics package
  • Great stakeholder management
  • UK driving licence
