A fabulous highly successful and long-established manufacturer is searching for a Technical Sales Technician.
Working within a small friendly team, this role provides internal sales support to customers around the world. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of engineering or a technical qualification in a mechanical technology.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responding to requests for quotations, engineered packages, accessories, and replacement parts.
  • Processing, dispatching, and invoicing sales orders accurately.
  • Coordinating with couriers to agree on terms as needed.
  • Managing all day-to-day aspects of sales order entry.
  • Communicating with customers via phone/email for inquiries regarding invoicing, delivery, and other general matters.
  • Investigating issues and taking appropriate actions, including arranging returns for faulty items according to ISO9001 procedures.
  • Handling service enquiries and progressing jobs to invoice status alongside the operations team.
  • Maintaining a quotation log and following up on leads to convert quotes into orders.
  • Providing customer service in line with company policies, procedures, and ISO9001 standards.
  • Collaborating with the Engineering and Marketing teams to find solutions to customer needs.
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge through internal training sessions.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all processed information.
