Join our dynamic team as a Transport & Compliance Administrator and play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Fleet Management:

  • Hire vehicles for new starters and specific job needs.
  • Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance, including MOTs, repairs, and servicing.
  • Log HGV requirements and ensure weekly inspections.
  • Monitor vehicle trackers to maintain safety checklists.

Training Compliance Administration:

  • Monitor and update the training matrix, booking renewals before expiry.
  • Coordinate new training for client contracts.
  • Oversee new starter onboarding, including induction, training, IT setup, and PPE.
  • Ensure all certificates are saved and logged accurately.

Additional Duties:

  • Book hotels for staff, handle credit card payments, raise purchase orders, and assist with supplier invoice queries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), excellent communication, and high organizational skills.
  • Attributes: Diligent, highly organized, and a great communicator.
