About the Role:
Academics is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team for the upcoming school year starting in September in the Fleet area. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic primary school setting, supporting students across Early Years (EY), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of educational activities
- Support classroom management and pupil behaviour
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Engage with pupils to enhance their learning experience
Requirements:
- A genuine interest in working with children is a MUST
- Experience working with children is ideal but not essential
- Willingness to undergo our compliance process (support provided)
- Hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
- Ability to commute to Fleet
