Bennett and Game are currently representing an award winning contractor in Fleet who are seeking a talented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Our client have been established for over 20 years and currently have 25 members of staff with an annual turnover of £40 million.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have hands on experience from day one, being on site and having a dedicated mentor from a senior member of staff and firm training from the offset. The suitable candidate will be working on a range of projects across the UK, from commercial to industrial, with a client facing role with some of the leading blue chip companies in the UK.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Salary & Benefits
- Salary- £30,000 to £40,000

Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job Overview
- Ensure take off information is compiled and written.
- Compilation of budget prices for projects based on development plan and briefing documents.
- Monitoring subcontractors and oversees their work.
- Assisting the management of project budget to ensure the project stays on track financially.
- Create Schedule of Works to calculate competitive prices for a project.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor Job Requirements
- 2 + Years Quantity Surveying Experience
- Strong communication skills and well presented - you will be client facing.
- Willing to travel across the UK at least once a week with an overnight stay potentially required dependant on project
- Full clean driving licence
