4Site is looking for a Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client based in Hampshire.
Our client is a main contractor specialising in prime residential refurbishments throughout the home counties. They complete projects ranging in value up to £10m, always prioritising quality and building long-lasting relationships throughout the process. They have built an excellent reputation in the industry and have seen a consistent pipeline of projects. With a very healthy pipeline, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team and hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have minimum two years’ experience in high-end/prime residential refurbishments
- Have experience working on projects £3m or above in value
- Be highly numerate and computer literate
- Understand building legislation, building materials, and design
