This role is ideal for an experienced Lettings Agent looking to drive success, build strong relationships with landlords, and lead a motivated team. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to ensure alignment and focus on objectives.
  • Coach and mentor the team to achieve KPIs and foster professional growth.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings.
  • Drive new and repeat business through effective relationship management and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinate tenant viewings and negotiate offers to agree on new tenancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies to maintain a risk-averse operation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to create and implement effective business plans.
  • Competency in monitoring and assessing local market competition.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office packages.
