Our client, a well-established independent estate agency in Surrey and Hampshire, is seeking a driven individual for their property management lettings team in Fleet.
The role requires residential property management experience and excellent communication skills to build relationships with tenants and landlords.
The salary for this position ranges from £27,000 to £30,000, depending on previous experience, and a full UK driving license is essential.
Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with a team.
Benefits include 20 days of annual leave, bank holidays, first-class training, and a Monday to Friday work schedule from 8.30 am to 5 pm.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of managed properties. Tasks include both proactive and reactive maintenance, property inspections, organisation of safety certificates, relationship building with tenants and landlords, and much more.

Personal specification:

• Residential property management experience• An analytical person who can communicate well with landlords and tenants - excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels• Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service• Strong organisational skills• Attention to detail• Quick learner who thrives on a fast paced and high-volume workload• Driven and a real desire to succeed - ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation but also be able to work within a team• Excellent problem-solving capability• Full UK driving licence is essential to carry out property inspections.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £27,000 to £30,000 depending on previous experience. Your own car is required for property inspections - business mileage will be paid.
