They are currently seeking a motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator for their exciting development in Fleet, Hampshire. The development is a community of beautifully designed homes and contemporary apartments, set in the serene Hampshire countryside, surrounded by rich natural woodland.

Role Overview:

As the New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will be the face of the development, guiding potential buyers through the home-buying journey. From conducting property tours to managing inquiries, you'll play a key role in helping buyers find their perfect home in this idyllic village setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective buyers, offering detailed information about the properties.
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing key features and benefits.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads promptly.
  • Assist buyers through the reservation process.
  • Stay updated on development details, pricing, and the local market.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate but exceptional customer service experience is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet targets.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
