As a Property Administrator, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality service to private landlords and tenants for high end properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled with care and precision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Mastery: Handle all property management-related administration, including the preparation and enforcement of ASTs, deposit registration, and tenancy renewals.
  • Compliance and Coordination: Ensure all statutory records are maintained and properties comply with legal requirements. Coordinate maintenance and repairs efficiently.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage rent arrears, maintain accurate financial records, and prepare regular reports for clients.
  • Inspection Management: Organize and conduct property inspections to maintain property standards and address any issues pro-actively.
