Position Details:
路Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
路Salary: From 拢45,000 per year
路Additional Pay: Performance-based bonuses, loyalty bonus, profit sharing

Main Duties:
路Prepare Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, and Travel Plans; coordinate Travel Plans as needed.
路Create and present technical data and drawings.
路Conduct junction capacity assessments using ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG.
路Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local/national authorities as required.
路Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of all assigned tasks.
路Review work for quality and accuracy, particularly for junior team members.
路Work collaboratively within the team and proactively support junior staff in developing their technical skills.
路Assist Team Leaders in providing comprehensive advice on Highways & Transport matters, from feasibility work to preliminary guidance.
路Perform site appraisals/visits, design surveys, and contribute to written reports and presentations.
路Keep project files updated and assist with related tasks as required by Team Leaders.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
路Degree in Transport Planning, Geography, Civil Engineering, or related field.
路4+ years of experience with UK Transport Planning standards and processes.
路Member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (MCIHT).
Technical Skills:
路Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
路Strong numeracy skills, with solid spreadsheet capabilities.
路Knowledge of AutoCAD (desirable).
路Proficiency with ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG.
Competencies:
路Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings effectively.
路Skilled in numerical work, with high attention to detail.
路Confident verbal and written communication.
路Commercial acumen and effective problem-solving abilities.
