Bid Writer - The Role:

As a Bid Writer, you will play a crucial role in our bid team, working to produce compliant and compelling proposals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and build a career in bid writing within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of working on document creation, content and management.

Bid Writer - Key Duties:

- Assist in the preparation and submission of high-quality bid documents

- Research and gather information relevant to bids and proposals

- Collaborate with various departments and partners to ensure accurate and persuasive content

- Maintain and update bid documentation and templates

- Ensure compliance with all bid requirements and guidelines

- Support the Sales Team in developing strategies to improve success rates

- Proofread and edit bid content for clarity, grammar and impact

Bid Writer - You:

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a virtual team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word

- Strong research skills and ability to gather relevant information

- Highly organised with strong time management skills

- Degree in English or related field, or GCSE/A Level qualifications in relevant subjects
