Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead and manage a medium sized care home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered to all residents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for elderly care, and the ability to maintain a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management: Provide overall leadership and direction to the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and maintaining the home's vision and values.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards and requirements, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), safeguarding bodies, and local authorities.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance systems, regularly reviewing care plans, audits, and risk assessments to ensure best practices.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a highly motivated team of care professionals, conducting regular performance reviews and ensuring all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.

Resident and Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, ensuring all care plans are person-centred and tailored to individual needs.

Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to, promoting a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
