Nicholson Hird Ltd is working in partnership with a long established FMCG manufacturer in the recruitment of an Executive Assistant to support their Senior Leadership Team with a range of administrative and organisational tasks.

Supporting day to day to enable a busy SLT to be as efficient as possible in achieving their long-term agenda for business growth and continuous improvement, the Executive Assistant will schedule and minute meetings, monitor actions, manage diaries, arrange international travel, prepare reports, presentations and briefs, and develop and maintain efficient documentation and systems.

Key skills

  • Proven experience in a similar personal assistant, executive assistant, operations administrator or project administrator position, supporting a Senior Manager or Management team
  • Preferably with experience working in the manufacturing sector
  • Exceptional planning and time management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office to advanced level, and preferably with knowledge of ERP or MRP systems
  • Ability to prepare management reports and presentations
  • A high degree of discretion and respect for confidentiality
