Your New Role as Finance Manager:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, as Finance Manager you will work in a friendly finance team and duties will include:

Support, coach and mentor the finance team
Preparation and analysis of financial reports
Managing the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations
Monitoring cash flow and financial risks, providing strategic financial guidance
Working cross-functionally in a business partnering remit, liaising with a variety of key internal stakeholders/non-finance staff to support effective decision making
Ongoing development of financial systems, procedures and controls

Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:

The successful candidate will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, or QBE with sufficient relevant experience in a leadership/management role. Good commercial acumen and analysis skills are required with the ability to provide strategic input to drive performance and business decisions. Additionally, strong systems skills are required, particularly Excel with ERP implementation/financial modelling experience being desirable.
