We are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager for a prestigious and well regarded company based in Fleetwood. Finance Manager salary: £45,000 + bonuses
Finance Manager Hours: 37.5 hours between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday

Finance Manager roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the company's financial planning and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and provide strategic financial guidance to Head Of Finance
Finance Manager key competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in excel
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Must possess a demonstrated ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and literacy skills.
