We are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager for a prestigious and well regarded company based in Fleetwood. This is an opportunity to work in a prestigious workplace and thrive in a successful team. This role is an easy commute for people commuting from Cleveleys, Bispham, Layton, Hambleton, South shore and Poulton Le-Fylde.

Finance Manager salary: £45,000 + bonuses

Finance Manager Hours: 37.5 hours between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday

Finance Manager roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the company's financial planning and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and provide strategic financial guidance to Head Of Finance

Finance Manager key competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficient in excel
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Must possess a demonstrated ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Possess good interpersonal, communication and literacy skills.
