Day-to-day of the role:- Provide PPA cover across KS2, ensuring continuity of education and support for students.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.
- Work collaboratively with other teaching staff to enhance the educational environment.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Maintain classroom discipline and oversee the safety and well-being of pupils.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience in teaching KS2 is highly desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to create and maintain a stimulating and safe learning environment.
